Reports provided in the ABC system allow management to review events or activities in the whole hospital, individual unit or other location, performed by all staff or by an individual employee that occurred during a shift, day, week or any other date range.
Management has the ability to measure both individual and departmental productivity performances against the established standards for the hospital. Reports cover response times for patient placement and bed turnarounds, workload distribution by time of day, bed utilization, projected census, length of stay, and employee productivity and utilization.
